Angelique Bellydance classes are designed to provide high-quality instruction in a focused, supportive, and professional training environment. The following policies help ensure consistency, fairness, and an excellent experience for all students.

Class Cards​​

Class cards are designed for consistent ongoing training and expire after the stated duration. Class cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Limited extensions may be granted at instructor discretion for illness, emergencies, or exceptional circumstances. but are not guaranteed.

Studio Conduct

Kaleidoscope Arts Center is a respectful, inclusive environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or consistently disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

Photography / Video Policy

Recording class choreography or combinations is not permitted without instructor permission.

Promotional photos/videos may occasionally be captured during class. Participation constitutes consent unless specifically requested.

Health and Physical Responsibility 

By participating, students acknowledge that dance is a physical activity involving inherent risk. Students are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and participating within their personal limits. Students should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity program.

Legal Acknowledgment and Release

I acknowledge that I am enrolling in a program which may contain strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to, dance and movement instruction offered by Angelique Hanesworth aka Angelique Hanesworth Dance. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in this dance program. In consideration of my participation in classes or workshops offered by Angelique Hanesworth, I myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby forever release claims, demands and cause of action arising from my participation in any exercise program.

I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in classes and/or workshops offered by Angelique Hanesworth, in-person or online. I forever release Angelique Hanesworth, Angelique Bellydance and Kaleidoscope Arts Center from any liability now or in the future including, but not limited to: heart attacks; muscle strains, pulls or tears; broken bones; shin splints; heat prostration; knee/lower back/ankle or foot injuries; death; any other illness; soreness or injury, however caused, accruing during or after my participation in this dance program.
